Marengo Marketplace believes that people who work hard and perform above and
beyond their duty should be rewarded for what they do. That's why our Managers,
Assistant Managers and Clerks are among the highest paid in the convenience
store industry.
Marengo Marketplace team members' salaries begin with a great weekly paycheck.
Store Managers are salaried. All other Team Members earn an hourly rate. Full-Time
Clerks work a 40-hour week, and Part-Time Clerks average 25 hours a week.

Our Store Team members start as either Clerks or Assistant Managers and are all
promoted from within our company. Our team members earn promotions to higher
